Experiencing The Best of CDO Food Tour

Every 28th of August, Cagayan de Oro will be celebrating its annual feast called "Higalaay Festival" in honor of St. Augustine. Not to boast but our city nowadays is in Boom, Blossom and in Boom. Lots and lots of travelers neither locally or internationally are so curious on what is really in-store for this city that they always wanted to explore. So true, I am one true Proud Kagay-anon here that I can prove to them that they're not wrong!

Cagayan de Oro has a lot to offer us all, not just on the scenic views (tourist spots) but most of all..the food as well.  So, in line with the Higalaay Festival 2016, the BQFC Marketing team wanted to showcase the best of Cagayan de Oro Food  that is why they have invited us the bloggers of CdO to experience the Best of CDO Food Tour and enjoying the city's landmark being transported with Cagayan de Oro's legendary ride called the "Motorela" to experience the homey feels when in CdeO.
FYI: For almost 2 decades, Bigby’s has been the top choice to celebrate moments and through the years it has also produced top and awarded CDO food brands such as Missy Bon Bon, MBB Frozen Factory, Boy Zugba, and recently The Nest catering to the ever growing food options in CDO.

1st Food Stop: Bigby’s Cafe and Restaurant



Branch: Centrio Mall

Bigby’s was first introduced in CDO in December 8, 1998 and now has 7 branches across the archipelago. The menu, the interior design and service style were created to position the concept midway between fine dining and fast-casual dining.

Missy Bon Bon Bread shop opened its kiosk in CDO in December 2009 launching its first line of breads and gelato. In April 2010, it opened its flagship store in Limketkai Center. Missy Bon Bon is a hip, cozy, and relaxed world-class bread shop serving healthy, natural, and freshly-made bread onsite with unique fusion interpretations of local bread products, gourmet comfort food and custom gelato mixes.
